Ms. Delmotte brings more than 25 years of experience in management, research and development, and engineering to the firm. She has direct work experience as a Quality Manager, SPC Project Leader, Supplier Quality Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and R & D Chemist, developing and implementing Quality programs in compliance with FDA, DOD, FAA and other quality programs. She was a certified ISO/AS/QS9000 Lead Assessor and Supervisor for seven years, and an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer for over 13 years. She received her Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola College in Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. She is a Senior member of the American Society for Quality. Her background includes training course development and conduct, CATIA/Valysis modeling, SPC implementation, project design and management, cost of quality programs, Just-in-time manufacturing processes, inspection protocol development, design of automated inspection systems, and product qualification programs.Her experience includes departmental management, process validation, supplier certification, process improvement plans, statistical programs, test equipment design, product specification design, customer satisfaction programs, and concurrent engineering projects. In one company, implementation of her programs reduced supplier rejects by 60%, corrective action process time by 50%, and inspection time by 25% in six months.

Ms. Delmotte has traveled and worked extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
